Miller Motorsports Park

Yesterday we went down to Tooele to the Miller Motorsports Park to watch the superbike races and the Styx/Kansas/Foreigner concert with some friends. They had alot of fun booths that we walked around to and they had stunt riders doing amaizing tricks on their bikes. The weather was mostly nice, but by the time Styx finally came out we were freezing and hungry so we left a little early and went to dinner in Salt Lake with some friends.

New Golf Clubs

Brett bought me a set of golf clubs for my birthday and I haven't gotten to use them, except for hitting a bucket of balls, until yesterday. It was only my second time out actually golfing, I usually just drive the cart for Brett, and we had a lot of fun! The weather was awesome and I didn't do too shabby. I think I may have just found a new hobby!

Weekend Getaway

This past weekend we were invited by Craig and Kathleen to go down to St. George. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, fun trip. Craig and Brett golfed 54 holes in three days, 36 at Brett's new favorite golf course "Sand Hollow" and 18 at "Green Springs". While they were golfing Kat and I soaked in some sun, shopped half way through the outlets before deciding to sit down and share a caramel apple, which then turned into us taking hilarious pictures of ourselves for over an hour, visited "Green Valley Spa", which was pretty much heaven on earth, and riding in our own cart while the boys golfed. I think this trip was much more needed by Kat, who has 3 boys under the age of 3, than us, but Brett and I were sure glad that they invited us to go along with them.
