Three months ago Brett's and my life changed. This sweet baby girl turned our world upside down. I no longer care about Brett drying off out of the shower and getting water on the floor, it takes me more than a day to notice dust on my shelves, when shopping I could care less about buying clothes for me, I only want to shop for Brooklyn, a teeny baby cry can make Brett a nervous wreck for fear that something is wrong with his little princess. We are so grateful to have this little girl in our lives and for what she has taught us in the short amount of time that we've had her. We love to see her grow and become more aware of what's going on in her tiny little world.
At 3 months Brooklyn:
- gets excited when mom & dad go into her room to pick her up from her crib
- loves to smile and make noises
- loves to listen to people talk to her and will sometimes talk (coo) back
- still hates tummy time
- loves to sit in her bouncer, watch her mobile, and stare at the butterflies on her play mat all while kicking her legs like crazy
- finally moved in to the #1 size diaper and grew too big for her newborn size clothes
- loves her baths
- sleeps through the night 7 or 8pm - 7 or 8am
