There's something about kids that make smaller holiday's exciting again. Even though she has no idea it was St. Patrick's Day I sure had fun dressing her in green. I even went as far as making Corned Beef for dinner. I can't wait till she gets a little older and I can color her scrambled eggs green or hide her easter basket for easter or play tooth fairy...oh so many fun things to look forward too!
haha, you're better than I am! I think Max had green socks on at least... so you probably think I am such a big flake, Brett probably told you that I was going to call this week and come see your new house and pay you a little visit! Well, I was up but Max was having a pretty hard day. We've been sleep training and trying to get him on a nap schedule and physical therapy screwed it all up so he was unhappy and I still had to drive an hour home to Draper, so sorry! I really do want to come by and get together again. I hope once he's on a "schedule" I can work around it or he can be late occasionally and it won't ruin his day, ya know? This sleep thing has been driving me nuts from the beginning! Oh Sadie, so much to talk about, sorry this is forever long! Ms. Brooklyn looks pretty cute in green!
ReplyDeleteAha! I found you! This is Melissa Stevenson and I found you through a chain of friend's blogs. I'm adding you to ours so I can find you again. Brooklyn is so cute! It looks like you guys are doing great! I'm so glad! I hear about you sometimes because my mom talks to Jeanie. Hopefully we can see you soon!
